The Voyager Jacket is constructed from the Matrix 3.5 fabric. A 75D Polyester woven Twill fabric with C0 DWR, laminated PU printed membrane waterproof rating 20,000 mm (tested using the JIS L1092B standards), 30D Polyester Tricot mesh. All seams are taped and reinforced for reliable protection.

The Voyager Jacket is constructed from the Matrix 3.5 fabric. A 75D Polyester woven Twill fabric with C0 DWR, laminated PU printed membrane waterproof rating 20,000 mm (tested using the JIS L1092B standards), 30D Polyester Tricot mesh. All seams are taped and reinforced for reliable protection.
The Matrix 3.5 fabric construction features a laminated membrane that is 100% windproof. Stopping the wind from robbing any trapped warmth, keeping you in your comfort zone longer.
Tested to 15,000 g/m2/24hr MVTR the Matrix 3.5 fabric keeps you in your comfort zone longer by allowing moisture vapour to transfer through the fabric when you are active.
This outer shell strikes the perfect balance between lightweight and durability. The Voyager will go with you everywhere, and roll or fold up to drop into your pack or bag when the weather improves.

The new Matrix 3.5 Fabric consists of a 3.5 layer construction with an added ceramic print on the membrane that adds an extra layer of protection. With a 70D Polyester Twill Face it is the ideal balance of lightweight with durability for daily use with an added environmentally friendly CO DWR.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Notes on Washing: To extend the life of the garment and for best performance, close all zips including pocket zips. Use a small amount of non-scented LIQUID detergent and gentle wash at a temperature below 40º Celsius. DO NOT use powder detergents, fabric softener or chlorine bleach. Powder detergents include artificial scents, UV brighteners and abrasives that will reduce the life of the garment. Warm tumble dry, or line dry after washing.

Care after every use: Clean or wipe down any dirt, blood, or sweat. Ensure your rainwear layer is fully DRY before you store it away. Ensure that the environment where you store your garments is in a dry damp-free place. Ensure rainwear items are hanging up and not stored in a cram bag or screwed up in a heap.

Durable Water Repellency (DWR): If you notice that the water is not beading off the outer surface it’s time to replenish the DWR. Wash your garment through a standard wash cycle (use liquid detergent), then you can wash it again using an in-wash DWR replenisher (at 30°C) OR a spray on DWR replenisher. Dry the garment at a LOW temperature in a tumble dryer or air dry.
